Place orders at least 4 working days in advance.

Full payment is required 3 working days before delivery.

Delivery: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Pickup: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Includes: Spoons, forks, plates, tongs, serving spoons, toothpicks, tablecloth, napkins

Additional Cutlery (per piece):
Spoon, fork, plate: $3 each
Tongs, serving spoon, lunch box: $4 each
Aluminum foil tray: $10 each

Enjoy a 2% discount for supporting sustainability by opting out of cutlery.
Kowloon area: Free delivery for curbside pickup.

New Territories and Hong Kong Island: $100 delivery fee for curbside pickup.

Remote areas: +$100

Door-to-door delivery: +$300

Free delivery for orders over $4,000 (excluding door-to-door delivery).
In case of event cancellation due to adverse weather conditions such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, the order will remain valid for three months.

For order cancellations:
Within 48 hours: A 40% administrative fee of the order value will be charged.
Within 24 hours: Full payment is required.

All orders are non-refundable, but the delivery date can be changed. The order must be delivered in a single instance within three months of the original order date and cannot be split.

Our company will contact the customer via WhatsApp or phone one day before the dining date. If you do not receive a notification from us, please contact us immediately to prevent any oversight.
